Program/Philosophy
Prior to our initial meeting I will gather information
from you through a combination of a written questionnaire and one or two
brief phone interviews. I work with individual formulas for each client
based on your current activity level, age, current state of health, & body
frame. We also discuss any life “traps” that you feel may stand in the way
of your goals. The initial consultation takes about 2 hours. We will weigh
and measure you as well as discuss your customized program of daily habits I
have personalized exclusively for you. I break it down into 10 easy steps to
follow daily. As long as you adhere to the steps I design specifically for
you, you are guaranteed to see results. These 10 daily habits are broken
down into exercise, nutrition, and supplement parameters to assist you in
easily following a proven successful program. As you make progress toward
your goals, we may tweak these daily habits monthly to help you to continue
to see results even faster! This program literally takes out ALL of the
guesswork of losing weight! There are no predetermined menus or packaged
foods to buy. I give you the tools and parameters to design your own program
around the foods you like to eat. You can even eat pizza several times a
week every week!
Through twice weekly meetings, you not only have the
ability to see consistent progress, but also discuss strategies to
effectively deal with meetings, parties, trips, events, etc. that you may
feel will be a hindrance to your progress. By having a game plan, you can
enjoy your full and busy life instead of feeling “sabotaged” by it. You will
learn that you can plan for special events, enjoy yourself at them, and not
see backsliding in your progress. It really is easy and it works!
